Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Weather Today Inc. If you do not agree with any provision set forth in these terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these terms by reference, explaining how we protect your personal privacy and handle technical data.

Atmospheric behavior is inherently dynamic and non-linear. Forecasts, RealFeel® biometeorological estimates, precipitation radar projections, and Air Quality Index (AQI) values provided on Weather Today are mathematical approximations based on current observational states and computer model ensembles (such as ECMWF IFS and NOAA GFS).

• Forecasts are updated at regular intervals but may lag instantaneous localized micro-climate shifts.
• Calculations should not be used as the sole basis for high-risk maritime voyages, commercial aviation, or structural engineering decisions requiring certified aeronautical meteorologists.

All proprietary software, algorithms, user interfaces, branding assets, logos, graphic compositions, and editorial texts published on Weather Today are the exclusive property of Weather Today Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Permitted Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Academic & Research Citation: Educational institutions, researchers, and journalists may cite excerpts of our reports with clear attribution to Weather Today (weathertoday.bd).

In accessing or using the platform, you agree to refrain from the following prohibited activities:

• Aggressive or Malicious Scraping: Engaging in automated data harvesting, bot traffic, or scraping at rates that degrade system stability or bypass security rate-limiting mechanisms.
• Interference & Security Tampering: Attempting to probe, scan, or compromise our network infrastructure or introduce malicious code.
• Commercial Reselling: Framing, mirroring, or reselling the platform's data feeds or interface without express written authorization.

Standard “As Is” Provision

The platform and all weather content, radar simulations, and forecasts are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Weather Today Inc., its officers, employees, and meteorological data providers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including agricultural losses, business delays, or property damage.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of Weather Today shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any formal legal dispute or claim shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
